Woman dies months after crash in Greenville


GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville County Coroner’s Office said a woman has dies months after a crash.

Officials said on May 19, a 911 call cam in for a two-vehicle crash on Wade Hampton Boulevard.

The coroner’s office said emergency crews arrived on scene and the driver of one of the vehicles was taken to Prism Health Greenville Memorial Hospital in critical condition.

According to the coroner, the driver passed away on July 4. She was identified as Tammy Ann Smith.

This is an ongoing investigation.
