Woman arrested for bringing contraband to an Atoka County prison


STRINGTOWN, Okla. (KXII) – A woman was arrested in Atoka County for bringing contraband to a prison near Stringtown.

Around 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, a Stringtown Police officer was driving by the Mack Alford Correctional Facility on Highway 69 when he saw Toquae Stutson, 28, in a spot by the prison where she wasn’t supposed to be.

The officer pulled Stutson’s car over when she was trying to leave, and let the prison warden know what had happened.

Stutson was arrested on on charges of bringing contraband into a correctional facility, and trespassing. She was booked into the Atoka County Jail.
