What we know about the man killed in a Stockton murder-suicide near gym


A 54-year-old man who was shot by a former California Highway Patrol officer in a suspected murder-suicide near a Stockton gym last week has died, police said Wednesday. The San Joaquin County medical examiner identified him as Robert Nelson Jr., of Stockton. Lee Anne Denyer reports.
