Two men have been arrested after an alleged home robbery in Dawson County.

Dawson County Sheriff’s Office officials said deputies were called to the home on Thursday, July 3 by the victim, who said they had been burglarized.

Powlette is facing charges of robbery, theft by taking, false imprisonment, exploitation of a disabled or elderly person and identity fraud, among others. He allegedly threatened deputies during the investigaiton, leading to terroristic threats charges.

Miranda-Rosas faces charges of theft by receiving and identity fraud.

“(Miranda-Rosas) is also named as a person of interest in other investigations, which could lead to additional warrants,” the sheriff’s office said.
