Two men are facing multiple charges in a shooting that left
one person dead in Knightdale.
On Tuesday, the Wake County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old
Tra’von McArthur and 32-year-old Devonte Gary in connection with a shooting
earlier this month on Knightdale Boulevard and Hodge Road.
McArthur was charged with murder, conspiring to sell and
deliver a schedule VI-controlled substance.
Gary is also facing charges for conspiring to sell a schedule
VI-controlled substance and conspiring to deliver a schedule VI-controlled
substance. Deputies said Gary turned himself in to Nash County Detention Facility
on Monday.
Deputies said the investigation is still ongoing.
