TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Lucas County grand jury indicted a Toledo man on July 16 for allegedly shooting a woman in the foot on May 31.
According to court records, Steven Boyd Jr. fired several shots at a group of people in a parking lot at 1315 Forrest in Toledo. One of the rounds fired hit an 18-year-old woman in the foot.
The woman was taken to the Toledo Hospital for treatment following the shooting.
Boyd Jr. was indicted on one count of felonious assault with a one-year and three-year firearm specification.
