TULSA, Okla. –
A second person has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting during the Tulsa Juneteenth festival.
Tulsa Police have confirmed that Darmontre Peters, 21, has been charged with seven counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

19-year-old Timetrious Shamar Moore was previously charged with second-degree murder, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm under DOC supervision.
