JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a registered sex offender who failed to notify authorities of his new address on Monday afternoon. According to a news release, shortly after 2 p.m., the JCSO attempted to locate William Hogan II, a registered sex offender since 2012. JCSO said that Hogan was found at an address on Kynesville Road, but was not supposed to be staying there due to the location being close to a bus stop. Hogan was arrested and charged with Failure to Register.
