One dead after Johnston County crash


JOHNSTON COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – One man died in a crash near Wapanucka Friday evening.

According to troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a Wilburton woman was driving was driving westbound on State Highway 7 when she fell asleep, and the car rolled over.

The woman’s passenger, Bobby Coley, 72, of Whitesboro, Oklahoma, died in the crash.

The driver was flown to OU Medical where she was treated for her injuries.
