Norwood: Two Sought for Armed Robbery of Phone Store

THE NYPD IS asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in this photo who they say is one of two people sought in connection with a robbery that occurred at the Total Wireless by Verizon store at 347 East 204th Street in Norwood, The Bronx on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the people seen in the attached photos who they say are sought in connection with a robbery that occurred in Norwood.

 

Police said that on Saturday, June 14, at around 6.08 p.m., two unidentified people entered a business (Total Wireless by Verizon) located at 347 East 204th Street. They said one of the robbers displayed a knife at a 28-year-old male employee while stealing around $150 as well as keys from his pockets.

 

“The individuals proceeded to lock the victim in the bathroom before removing multiple cell phones and approximately $2,425 from the cash register,” police said. “The individuals then fled the location on foot, traveling westbound on East 204 Street. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.”

Police said the first suspect is described as male, has a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing a blue surgical mask, a white jacket with green designs, black sweatpants, and red and white sneakers.

 

They said the second suspect is described as female, has a light complexion, and was last seen wearing black sunglasses, a black mask, a black, hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and black sneakers.
