‘My Favorite Murder’ Podcast Network Teams With Blanchard House

EXCLUSIVE: The network home of global true crime podcast hit My Favorite Murder has struck a multi-project deal with Blanchard House.

The first project off the rack from the Exactly Right Media-Blanchard deal is Hell in Heaven, a documentary co-produced with iHeartPodcasts that uncovers the true story of Wall Street millionaires John and Ann Bender, who left New York in the early 2000s to build a lavish mansion and wildlife refuge deep in the Costa Rican jungle. What follows is a shocking death—and a story shrouded in mystery, which will launch this fall.

Going forwards, the pair will co-produce more nonfiction limited audio series.

Exactly Right houses My Favorite Murder, a long-running true crime pod that examines different cases. Blanchard House is a female-led indie that has made the likes of Hooked on Freddie for Wondery and Apple’s The Pirate of Prague.

Blanchard Creative Director Rosie Pye said: “We are so thrilled to be working with Exactly Right again, combining their vision and commitment to great storytelling with our deeply original journalism. We’ve got some truly incredible stories to share with their loyal audience.”

Blanchard House is repped by Scott Goldman of FKKS (Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz). Exactly Right Media is repped by Oren Rosenbaum and Greg Cavic at UTA.
