ROCKVILLE, Md. (7News) — The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is working to identify and locate a man involved in an armed robbery at a liquor store in Rockville, Maryland.
On July 1, the suspect entered the liquor store on North Washington Street and demanded that the cashier give him money from the register. The suspect allegedly said he was armed with a handgun and lifted his sweatshirt, MCPD said.
The suspect then got an undisclosed amount of money from the register and left out the front door. Detectives reviewed surveillance cameras from the store and were able to get a description.

They believe he is between 16 and 19-years-old with reddish hair. He was last seen wearing a tan hat, reflective sunglasses, yellow rubber gloves, a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white tennis shoes, MCPD said.
