Man shot, injured after attempted robbery in Raleigh


RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — One person was taken to the hospital after police said he was shot during an attempted robbery.

Raleigh police said the incident happened on Keeter Center Drive.

Police said a man was shot in the abdomen and walked to the Oak City Cares to find help. He was taken to WakeMed for his injuries.

Authorities are looking for the suspect in the shooting.
