Man dead after shooting in Cordova, SCSO says


MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man is dead after a shooting on Saturday night, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.

The shooting happened before 10:15 p.m. outside a home on Fern Glade Cove.

Deputies say they stopped a car at Forest Hill-Irene and Walnut Grove, and they found the victim shot.

They provided life-saving measures until Shelby County Fire arrived.

The victim was later pronounced dead on the scene.

SCSO also learned that four men arrived by personal vehicles at local hospitals.

All four victims are in non-critical condition, according to SCSO.
