A man turned himself in on Monday in connection with a shooting on the Las Vegas Strip that left two dead.
Manuel Ruiz, 41, surrendered to the Henderson Police Station in Clark County, Nevada, according to a Las Vegas Metro Police Department news release.
Ruiz has been booked on two counts of alleged open murder with a deadly weapon, police said in a statement.
The Las Vegas Metro Police Department did not mention a motive. It was not immediately clear if Ruiz has an attorney.

Two people were shot dead Sunday night in what police called an “isolated incident” that sent people running in terror.
The police department said in a statement early Monday that the shots were fired around 10:40 p.m. local time (1:40 a.m. ET) in the 3600 block of Las Vegas Boulevard. Social media posts from the moment of the shooting show it was outside the Bellagio Hotel and Casino.
Clark County Coroner’s Office said it cannot release the identities of the victims yet.
