ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Forest Park police officer was involved in what the department is calling a “severe” car crash on Thursday afternoon.
The incident happened at the intersection of Forest Parkway and Ash Street. Police are asking drivers to avoid the area as the investigation continues.
Officers have not yet shared how the accident happened, if anyone was injured or what condition the officer is in.
