WESTLAKE, Ohio – A 911 caller at 12:50 a.m. on June 26 reported a serious crash on I-90 in which a car struck a dump truck in a construction zone near Columbia Road.
Officers learned that a Subaru Outback had rolled over. The female driver of the Subaru escaped serious injury but was transported to the hospital. The 33-year-old Lakewood woman appeared intoxicated and was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The driver of the dump truck reported no injuries.
The highway was closed for less than an hour while the crash was investigated and crews cleaned up the debris.
