TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The intersection of Craycroft Rd and Avenida del Cazador was shut down in both directions Saturday, July 26 after a three-vehicle collision nearby.
Pima County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to the scene, from which two people injured in the crash were taken to a nearby hospital.
The PCSD believes two of the vehicles were racing, and collided with the third. The injuries of those involved did not appear to be life threatening.
There is currently no time estimate for the intersection’s reopening.
PCSD’s investigation is ongoing.
