Crash in Arlington closes State Highway 360 during morning rush hour


A crash in Arlington has left all lanes of southbound State Highway 360 closed near the Interstate 30 interchange during Friday morning rush hour.

The collision was reported at about 5:45 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Transportation. Arlington police posted on social media informing commuters of the closure, which said the southbound lanes of SH360 were closed at Avenue J.

The post said the closure is expected to last about 3 hours. The post was made at 6:12 a.m.

Traffic cameras show several police cars parked in an empty highway near the scene of the reported accident. The accident was reported near Six Flags, according to TxDOT.
