ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WFSB) -The northbound Exit 23 off-ramp on I‑91 in Rocky Hill was closed Thursday morning following a crash.
State Police said the incident was reported at 6:45 a.m.
Authorities have not yet released details about the vehicles involved or any injuries.
The closure is expected to cause delays during the morning commute.
Drivers are advised to use alternate routes.
No estimate has been provided for reopening the ramp.
