JUPITER, Fla. (CBS12) — A multi-agency bust took down a Jupiter home candy operation selling psilocybin and THC edibles branded as “Alli’s Edibles.”
Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Delray Beach Police Department (DBPD), and the PBSO SWAT responded to the 15700 block of 95th Ave N in Jupiter for a search warrant.
Upon arrival, the two suspects, 54-year-old Allison Moyer and her husband, 59-year-old Greg Scrudders, complied and were escorted out of the home so it could be searched.
Inside the home, the agencies located the following:
- Clear jars containing marijuana packaged for distribution
- THC candies and chocolates
- Psilocybin candies and chocolate
- Rolling trays, brown paper bags, pre-rolled paper

In total, deputies say the operation seized a pound of marijuana, over 5 ounces of psilocybin mushrooms, and over 4 pounds of THC edibles.
It should be noted that a large assortment of candy and chocolate with the presence of psilocybin was self-labeled “Alli’s Edibles,” and had a homemade menu listing the flavors.
A ledger containing the profit and production costs of “Alli’s Edibles” was also seized along with $290, according to PBSO.
Both Moyer and Scrudders were charged with possession and intent to sell a schedule I substance, a schedule II substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, drug production, and trafficking synthetic cannabinoids over 280 grams.
