Brookleigh Road in Saanich: Three-Day Closure

Work to replace the culvert on Brookleigh Road will be carried out from July 16 to 18

Motorists should prepare for a temporary road closure on Brookleigh Road between 458 and 535 Brookleigh Rd. from July 16 to 18.

The closure, impacting traffic in both directions, is necessary for the Saanich Public Works Department to replace an existing culvert.

The Brookleigh Road culvert replacement project aims to improve drainage along the roadway. The project involves removing the existing culvert, installing a new, larger one, and restoring the road surface.

Drivers are urged to follow all posted signage and directions in the area and to consider alternative routes such as West Saanich Road or the Patricia Bay Highway.

The district acknowledges the inconvenience to residents and visitors and thanks the community for their patience and cooperation. For more information about the project, please visit saanich.ca/brookleigh.
