Bond denied for man charged with murder in West Park shooting – NBC 6 South Florida


A man connected to a deadly shooting in West Park appeared before a judge on Sunday.

Akheem Omarie Mahabie, 28, is facing several charges, including murder.

During his court appearance, a judge denied Mahabie’s bond.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, deputies on Saturday received reports of a shooting that happened outside the Playhouse Gentlemen’s Club at 5775 West Hallandale Beach Boulevard at around 5:30 a.m.
