MOORHEAD — A bicyclist was killed in a crash involving a city of Moorhead public works vehicle in south Moorhead.
According to a press release from the city of Moorhead, there was a fatal crash between a city vehicle and bicyclist at 40th Avenue South and 14th Street South.
The crash happened around 11:40 a.m. Thursday, according to a call log on PulsePoint, a website that tracks calls for first responders.
The intersection is near S.G. Reinertsen Elementary and Brookdale Baptist Church. It is east of the Azool Hornbacher’s grocery store.
The Minnesota State Patrol will be investigating the crash, the release said.
