A man was robbed and assaulted by a group of juveniles in a stolen car, with the youngest person being a 10-year-old male, Baltimore police announced on Sunday.
Officials reported that on July 5 at around 8:24 p.m., police responded to an armed robbery at 1100 East Northern Parkway.
Once there, officials say they spoke with the victim, who stated that he was waiting at a bus stop when a maroon vehicle passed by. A short time later, two males and two females approached the victim, stating “Give me your phone,” then proceeded to assault the man, take his backpack, and then leave the scene in the maroon vehicle.
The Aviation Unit, which operates helicopters, known as ‘Foxtrot,’ was requested and began searching the area when they located the maroon vehicle at the 1300 block of Gorsuch Avenue, officials said.
Units responded to that location and detained four suspects who were a 10-year-old male, two 13-year-old females, and a 14-year-old male, according to police.
Officials reported that the maroon vehicle was stolen on July 4, 2025, at the 4200 block of Falls Road.
The suspects were transported to juvenile booking for processing.
