MNPD reports that the 39-year-old will be returned to Nashville soon.

At the time of the discovery of Williams’ body, officers found him lying on his back in the tub, fully clothed. Police said there was clothing over his face that was removed by first responders, who then saw dried blood on his face.

The drywall in the area had been broken, and pieces were inside the tub.
