Family of Peter Jennings sues Navy Pier, Levy Restaurants after Raylon East kills him, another in Chicago shooting

CHICAGO (WLS) — The family of a man killed in a shooting at Navy Pier last year is now taking legal action.

Loved ones of Peter Jennings are suing Navy Pier and Levy Restaurants.

Jennings was working when police say Raylon East, his former coworker, shot him and another person in November 2024.

Both victims died.

ABC7 reached out Navy Pier and Levy Restaurants for comment.

Navy Pier has no comment, and Levy Restaurants did not immediately respond.
