Owatonna, MN (KROC-AM News) – One person was killed in an early morning crash that shut down traffic on a portion of Highway 14 near Owatonna.
The State Patrol says the deadly collision was reported at 4:25 a.m. just west of the Highway 218 interchange. The crash report indicates a small car and a semi-truck collided in the eastbound lanes of Highway 14.

The driver of the car, who was killed in the crash, was identified as 23-year-old Nybol Chol Dhul of Rosemount. The State Patrol says he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the semi-truck was not hurt. He was identified as 48-year-old Zachary August Bauer of Saint Peter.
