COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A suspect is on the run after an attempted bank robbery in Colorado Springs on Wednesday.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers responded to a reported attempted bank robbery in the 3300 block of Centennial Boulevard around 3:34 p.m.
Police say an unknown male wearing a mask entered the bank and was confronted by a security officer. The suspect then left the scene in an unknown direction.
The investigation is ongoing.
