Boonville police arrest three people in connection to an armed robbery


Boonville police officers arrested three individuals, including two juveniles, in connection with an Armed robbery in the 500 block of Leroy Street.

The incident occurred around 6 p.m. on Thursday.

In a post on the Boonville Police Department Facebook page, a person reported being robbed at gunpoint by three people.

The suspects, two juveniles and one adult male, allegedly used firearms during the robbery, but no shots were fired.

Officers quickly investigated the robbery and located all suspects involved.

Authorities conducted a traffic stop and search of the residence, where they recovered four handguns.

The adult male’s name will be released after official charges are filed.
