RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Update at 9:15 p.m.: Forward progress has been stopped on the Van Fire.
Fire officials say the fire is now 65 acres with no containment.
Update at 9:12 p.m.: All areas placed under an evacuation order have now been downgraded to a warning.
Update at 8:51 p.m.: Evacuation warnings have now been issued for further areas of Sun Valley.
The warnings are in now place for Starhill Way to Marie Way.
A second warning has been issued for the area between the intersection of Highland Ranch Parkway and Sun Valley Blvd and East Ninth.

The Van Fire is 60 acres as of around 8:30 p.m. Monday and is burning near Sun Valley Regional Park.
An evacuation order has been issued for an area of Sun Valley between north of Donatello Drive and the intersection of Highland Ranch Parkway and Sun Valley Blvd.
Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue says some structures are threatened.
The evacuation point is the Spanish Springs Library.
