TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – One person was hospitalized following a crash in Toledo Monday afternoon.
According to Toledo Police, a sedan was traveling westbound on Broadway Street and a dump truck was traveling eastbound when they collided. The dump truck lost control, hit a utility pole, went through a yard and hit a parked vehicle before crashing into the back of the Broadway Food Center.
The driver of the sedan was transported to the hospital. The extent of her injuries are unknown at this time. The driver of the dump truck was not injured.
The crash is currently under investigation.
