Urban Triage CEO, Brandi Grayson, arrested on criminal damage, disorderly conduct charges

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Founder and CEO of Urban Triage in Madison was booked into the Dane County Jail on Thursday, online records show.

Brandi Grayson is facing charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, according to the Dane County Jail’s records.

Around 12:45 a.m. on July 9, officers were called to the 500 block of Oak Street after a caller reported someone had kicked in their door and went into the home, a spokesperson with the Madison Police Department said.

The caller was able to give the name of the suspect, who he had been in a domestic relationship with, officials added.

Home security video showed a woman approaching the door, knocking and then using her hip to break open the door, according to officials.

Police said Grayson turned herself into police Thursday.

In a Facebook post, Grayson said, “I’m being arrested, I’ll give y’all an update in a few.”

Grayson will not be in court on Thursday, the Dane County District Attorney’s Office confirmed.

  • Legal expenses for Governor Walz’s office totaled $430,000 in anticipation of GOP questioning, paid with taxpayer money.

  • Governor Walz spent $430,000 of taxpayer money on legal preparations for a GOP inquiry.
