TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – A portion of Jim Hogg road in Tyler is closed to allow for culvert replacement.
According to Smith County, Jim Hogg road is closed between CR 472 just north of Interstate 20, and CR 41 Sand Flat Road.
Detour signs are in place to alert drivers that alternate routes should be taken while a drainage cross culvert is being replaced in CR 431.
The road is expected to be closed for about two weeks.
