

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) -Three men are set for a jury trial on Monday for their roles in a fatal shooting in 2022.
24-year-old Mikell Sanders, 29-year-old Malik Grant, and 24-year-old Marquis Grant recently appeared in court in late June.
This is all in relation to a double shooting at Winwood Place in November of 2022.
31-year-old victim Mykel Price died at the hospital, and another man was also shot that night. You can see a photo of Price here:

Mikell Sanders has been re-arrested since his murder arrest in 2023. He was re-arrested for obstruction, criminal trespass, marijuana possession, along with driving on a suspended license, according to jail records. He is in custody at the DOJ in Albany right now.
Malik Grant has also been re-arrested since his murder arrest, for charges including false statements, and DUI. He bonded out again on June 8th.
Marquis Grant has been out on bond since May of 2023, according to jail records. Both Malik and Marquis appeared in person for their June court date, outside of jail custody.
They’re set to appear before Judge Karpf Monday morning at 9 am for their jury trial to begin.
