A 47-year-old man on a motorcycle was struck and killed in West Philadelphia by a stolen Chevy Camaro traveling a high rate of speed early Saturday morning, police said.
According to police, the Camaro was traveling down South Belmont Avenue near Westminster Avenue a few minutes past 1 a.m. when it struck the motorcyclist.
A 23-year-old passenger in the Camaro was also hurt and remains at the hospital in critical condition, police said.
The driver now faces vehicular homicide charges, police said.
The driver and the two injured have not yet been identified.
