LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – In Laurel County, a man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop Friday afternoon.
Deputies say Keith Lay, 47, was found parked crossways in the middle of Bray Road just West of London.
Lay was wanted on an outstanding warrant, and during the arrest, deputies found a meth pipe and a small bag of suspected Methamphetamine.
Lay was charged with possession of a controlled substance – first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lay was taken to the Laurel County correctional center.
