Three people were rushed to the hospital after a violent head-on crash in Fresno County on Wednesday afternoon.
FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) — Three people were rushed to the hospital after a violent head-on crash in Fresno County.
Officers say a driver in a Nissan tried to pass slower traffic east on Highway 180.
However, there was not enough room to pass and the Nissan crashed into a Chevy pick-up truck driving west on the highway.
The impact caused the two vehicles to crash into an SUV.
The Nissan driver suffered major injuries and was flown to Community Regional Medical Center.
The other drivers were taken to the hospital in ambulances.
Everyone is expected to survive.
